BibTeX editor: add preview screen to "Paste references" dialog (#32928)

* Adding preview panel for bibtex entry

* Removing bibtex-editor module directory and moving tests to library module

* Format fix

* Adding accessibility headers and hardening tests

* Simplfying preview logic for bibtex titles

* Only show author placeholder if no author present

* Fixing build failures

* Fixing broken test
